This is your stable, guaranteed income. It is completely unaffected by monthly performance, providing you with financial security and peace of mind.

40% Variable Salary
This is your opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. This portion of your salary is directly influenced by your performance during the monthly cycle, rewarding your achievements and hard work.
The payroll cycle runs from the 21st of each month to the 20th of the following month.
Understanding Your Key Metrics
Our system tracks four crucial productivity metrics to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation. Your success is measured by the quality and timeliness of your work.
COT (Closed On Time)
This counts the number of tasks you complete and close by their scheduled due date. This is the primary measure of successful task completion.
OVD (Overdue)
This counts the number of tasks closed after their due date has passed. This also applies to any task that was closed without a defined start and due date.
TRM (Terminated)
This counts tasks that were terminated for not meeting our quality standards or protocols. For a full definition, please refer to the official task guidelines.
CET (Closed Estimate Time)
This measures the total time spent only on your COT (Closed On Time) tasks. It is a key indicator of your efficiency.
Our Two-Stage Evaluation Process
Your total performance percentage is calculated through a transparent, two-stage process. It begins with a base score and offers significant bonuses for exceptional efficiency and output.

This stage assesses the outcome of all your closed tasks during the cycle and calculates your base performance score. Each task closure state is assigned a point value:

An Example in Action: Meet Layla
During one cycle, Layla closed 10 tasks with the following results:
  • 8 tasks were COT
  • 1 task was OVD
  • 1 task was TRM
Her Base Completion Performance is calculated as:
(8 COT x 10 points) + (1 OVD x 5 points) + (1 TRM x 0 points) = 85%
Stage 2: Bonus Performance
This is where you are rewarded for going above and beyond. We offer two powerful bonuses that are added directly to your base score.

Time Efficiency Bonus (CET)
This bonus rewards you for working efficiently on your successful tasks.
  • How it works: We calculate your CET as a percentage of your contracted monthly hours. For every 5% you achieve above a 30% threshold, you earn a 1% bonus. This difference, rounded down to the nearest 5, becomes your direct percentage bonus.

Task Volume Bonus (COT)
This bonus rewards you for the sheer volume of high-quality work you deliver on time.
  • How it works: You earn a 10% bonus for every 5 COT tasks you complete.
Example:
  • Layla is on a part-time contract of 88 hours/month and logged 65 CET hours.
  • She also completed 8 COT tasks.
Her CET efficiency is (65 / 88) = 73.86%.
The system calculates the amount above the 30% threshold: 73.86% - 30% = 40% rounded down by 5.
Layla earns a 40% CET Bonus.
The system calculates: 8 / 5 = 1.6
This is rounded down to 1.
Layla earns: 1 x 10% = 10% COT Bonus.

Final performance score is the sum of the achievements across all stages.
