How it works:

When a team successfully hits a critical target, a reward is granted to the Project Owner (PO). The PO is then entrusted to distribute this reward fairly among the team members whose contributions were vital to reaching that goal. This ensures that those who drive the project forward are directly recognized for their impact.

Individual Performance Rewards

This program is dedicated to you. It recognizes that your personal growth, consistency, and high-quality work are the bedrock of our entire operation.

What it is:

A reward system based on the periodic evaluation of your individual performance and contributions.

How it works:
