Welcome to IDEANEST! Our onboarding program is designed to ensure a smooth transition into your new role, providing you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive in our remote work environment.
Day 1
Introduction & Tools Setup
Your first day focuses on integration, understanding our core values, setting up workspaces, and training on key internal systems.

Session 1: Welcome and Overview
P&C Manager 1.5 Hours
- Virtual Coffee Chat: A casual session to introduce yourself and get to know each other better. (10 mins)
- Mission & Vision: Learn about IDEANEST's mission, vision, values, and the exciting opportunities within the NEST. (10 mins)
- Virtual Culture: Dive into IDEANEST's virtual culture, exploring our communication norms and collaboration tools. (10 mins)
- Open Q&A Forum: An open forum to ask any questions about the company culture, projects, or your new role. (20 mins)

Session 2: ClickUp Training & Task Management
Process Manager 1 Hour
- ClickUp Workflow: Participate in a structured training session on utilizing ClickUp, focusing on task management and project tracking. (30 mins)
- Hands-on Practice: Engage in practical exercises creating, structuring, and completing tasks within our workspace. (30 mins)
Day 2
Projects Overview & Work Dynamics
Your second day is dedicated to aligning with team goals, receiving system accesses, and setting up workflows for your specific responsibilities.

Workplace Alignment & Tasks
Direct Manager 2 Hours
- Active Projects Briefing: Get an overview of IDEANEST's ongoing projects and deep-dive into the ones you will participate in. Receive your first task assignment and system permissions.
- Business Unit Integration: Participate in a department-specific meeting to understand communication channels, team workflow habits, and collaboration dynamics.
Day 3
Integration & Feedback
The final day is designed to guide your transition from onboarding into daily production with mentorship support and clear expectations.

Integration, Mentorship & Final Alignment
P&C Manager 30 Mins
- Mentorship Program Kickoff: Meet your assigned mentor who will guide you during your initial weeks, offering short consultations and workspace support.
- Expectations & Probation: Align on key objectives, milestone checks, and communication protocols for your upcoming probation period.
- Onboarding Feedback: Share your review of the onboarding process, helping us continuously refine the experience for future Nesters.
